There Is No Inherited Sin With Allah

There is no sin before Allah that requires atonement through the crucifixion of a prophet or the son of a prophet. Muslims believe that every person is responsible for their own actions and will be held accountable for what they have done. Every human being is born free from sin and wrongdoing, and is instead born with a pure nature, predisposed to recognize the truth. This innate nature guides individuals toward good and righteousness. A person is born clean, not carrying any burdens from those who came before them. If a person does not bear the burden of another’s sin, then neither does anyone else bear their burden; each individual is accountable for their own deeds. Allah Almighty says: {And every soul earns not [blame] except against itself, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another.} [Al-An'am: 164]. Divine laws have agreed upon this principle. Allah Almighty also states: {Or has he not been informed of what was in the scriptures of Moses (36) And [of] Abraham, who fulfilled [his obligations] – (37) That no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another (38) And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives (39) And that his effort is going to be seen – (40)} [An-Najm: 36-40].
The Holy Qur'an illustrates that punishing the innocent alongside the guilty is not only contrary to divine law but also fundamentally inconsistent with the basic concept of human justice. Allah Almighty says: {He said, "[I seek] the refuge of Allah [to prevent] that we take except him with whom we found our possession. Indeed, we would then be unjust."} [Yusuf: 79].
